The first tea that I was ever aware of was Red Rose tea, the tea everyone seemed to drink in Toronto, Canada, including my Nana. I think that chamomile was my first herbal infusion. In fact, I don't remember a time when I wasn't given "aqua de manzanilla" to settle an upset tummy. Tea lovers do start young!
