Shipping
What are your shipping rates?
All wholesale purchases of bulk teas are sent out via UPS or FedEx Ground unless you select express shipping (additional fees apply). Orders of $50 or more receive free ground shipping within the continental U.S. All other orders are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order.
What are your processing times?
We endeavor to ship all orders for in-stock items within two (2) business days. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is placed, we will ship your order minus the out of stock item, and discount your invoice by the amount of the excluded item. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped.

What are my payment options?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For orders of 50 pounds of tea or more, please contact us for additional payment term options.

Can I order in smaller bulk size increments?
We offer 1-pound bulk increments to local wholesale customers who pickup their order our Tea Lounges in San Francisco. For the price list for local pickup customers, contact us using the form below.
Note on sales tax:
Tea is not taxed. However, if you are purchasing non-taxed tea ware as the end user, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay sales tax on your Sales and Use Tax Return.
