Paul~

a joy to read about the quality of a tea ceremony~ so precious

yes, this is sacred time to be taken in
just as the time for clearing in a sweat

I am curious to learn more about you and your practices

Peace blessings,
Pamela

Hearing Paul sing a traditional healing song can set the -word- "vulnerability" into new context...that is...if one allows it.
Now, here enjoying more of this sacred story reminds me why I always allow my self deep happiness when enjoy tea at Samovar- Its not just Samovar has chill energy with a upscale silence and its not only also because the people who Explorer Samovar have a unique curiosity in common, but rather I believe the truth of the matter is we all want a rare and refined quality to be present in our lives- therefore Samovar is our practical watering hole. With that being spoken to what about Paul offering us the opportunity to explore experiencing some of his ceremony one night at Samovar? Not to put the big guy on the spot but will Paul give us an opportunity to learn more, in person-about his sweat lodge healing ceremony? Thanks again and take care!

Tea makes peace where no one else and nothing else can. It often does so when no one is even aware it's happening. That's one reason tea is so valuable in the modern world. It's the spiritual drink. --Teaternity

Wow, this is really informative. I am a martial artist and I feel that tea is a great conduit for meditation.
