Nice article. Well written and thoughtful. I'd add that balance is a key. while speeding along a balanced person can reflect and enjoy. speed is the easy answer we've been handed. like pressing the "go" button will constantly reward us. The result is often that life is a daze, then we crash. but pressing the "slow" button can be equally stifling. ever met a person who is obviously trying too hard to be mindful? They are uncomfortable and sensitive and get mad at you for being too fast or abrasive. then you meet people who are mellow, can speed up or slow down, aren't afraid of hard work, but are wary of speed or success just for it's own sake. quality is the goal. Balance is a way to appreciate it. cheers!
