To Brew:
Quantity: Steep 2-3 heaping tablespoons of tea in 14 oz.- 16ozĀ of water
Water Temperature: 195 degrees Fahrenheit
Steep Time: 2-5 minutes (depending on strength desired)
Leave the leaves in the pot

looking from the brewed leaves of oolong tea,it must be very goog-tasting, and the aroma is great. however,the black maybe is not that strong brew as we usually drinking ones. the color of the brew indicates that it is not fully oxidised. Anyway, I want to have a taste…haha…
